Facts, for your consideration.

You don’t need to earn your food.
You don’t need to burn calories to justify your food.
You’re doing the burning part ALL. THE. TIME. Hello, you’re a living thing.

You won’t lose your body this season. You won’t need to get it back later, either.

Influencers telling you anything else are likely unqualified to be influencing. Unfollowing is your superpower. This can be virtual and in real life, too.

YOUR BODY IS RESILIENT.
EATING IS A GOOD THING. YOU NEED NOT APOLOGIZE FOR BEING AN EATER.
YOUR TODAY BODY SHOULD LOOK DIFFERENTLY THAN YOUR BODY DID A DECADE AGO. #10yearchallenge BLEH.

ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENTLY IS SELLING SOMETHING.

Fellow nutrition professionals, how can you sit with clients at this time of year while holding and honoring that like you, your clients are surrounded by diet culture at its loudest? Naming it, encouraging calling generally accepted messages into question, making room for all the feels - these things make me better.

What would you add? ⬇️

Trainers, coaches, how might you motivate your clients if not promising body change or promoting the need to compensate for eating? I’m confident your clients will feel better about working with you. Promoting wellness without promising a body thing that you can’t promise is cool. And actually health promoting. And truly, great for business without making folx feel less than.
